1. Membership Scope
TIVO membership may provide access to enhanced app functions related to the screenshot flows, including private media organization, favorites management, memory records, memory detail review, and Memory Drawer note features.
2. Purchase Platform
Membership purchases and renewals may be processed through Google Play. Google Play may determine available payment methods, renewal timing, cancellation controls, taxes, and refund handling.
3. Renewal and Cancellation
If a membership renews automatically, it will continue until canceled through the applicable Google Play controls. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not necessarily create a refund for the current billing period.
4. Local Content
Membership does not change TIVO's local-first privacy model. Videos, favorites, private items, Memory Records, Memory Drawer feelings, and Memory Detail notes remain on the user's phone. TIVO collects only the User ID.
5. Availability
Membership benefits may vary by app version, device compatibility, operating system, and Google Play availability. Some functions may require an updated app version.
6. Fair Use
Membership is for personal use by adults 18 and older. Users may not resell, redistribute, exploit, reverse engineer, or misuse membership functions.
7. Changes to Membership
TIVO may update membership benefits, prices, or terms. Any changes will be handled according to applicable law and platform requirements.
