1. Overview
TIVO provides a Video Gallery, Memory Records, Favorites, Private area, Memory Drawer editor, Memory Detail page, and Profile navigation as reflected in the reference screens.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the User ID. The User ID may be used to support basic app continuity, service integrity, eligibility checks, and purchase-related entitlement recognition where applicable.
3. Information We Do Not Collect
TIVO does not collect videos, photos, memory records, favorite selections, private items, diary text, feelings, filenames, thumbnails, playback activity, search activity, profile details, contacts, precise location, camera data, microphone data, payment card details, or device media content.
4. Local Device Storage
The screenshot functions are local-first. Video Gallery entries, Memory Records, Favorites, Private items, Memory Drawer notes, Memory Detail text, dates, durations, and media previews are stored on the user's phone and used only to provide the app experience on that device.
5. Purchases and App Store Processing
If a user starts a download or purchase flow, Google Play may process that transaction under its own terms and privacy practices. TIVO does not collect payment card numbers or billing credentials.
6. Age Requirement
TIVO is available only to users who are at least 18 years old. Users under 18 may not use TIVO.
7. Data Sharing
Because TIVO collects only the User ID, we do not sell personal information and do not share videos, photos, memory notes, favorites, or private collection information with third parties.
8. Security
Users should protect their own mobile device with a secure screen lock. Local media and notes remain subject to the security settings of the user's device.
