1. Acceptance
By using TIVO, you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use TIVO.
3. TIVO Functions
The screenshots show TIVO's core functions: a Video Gallery with playable cards, Memory Records with saved feelings, Favorites for cherished moments, a Private area, Memory Drawer editing, Memory Detail review, and navigation across Memory, Videos, Private, Favorites, and Profile.
4. Local Content Responsibility
You are responsible for the videos, notes, favorites, and private items you keep on your device. You must have the right to store and view any content you place in TIVO.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use TIVO for illegal content, harassment, infringement, unauthorized access, attempts to bypass app protections, or activity that violates applicable law or Google Play policies.
6. Privacy and Local Storage
TIVO collects only User ID information. Your media, memory records, private items, favorites, and feelings are stored locally on your phone and are not collected by TIVO.
7. Google Play
Download, installation, updates, payment processing, refunds, and platform availability may be handled by Google Play. Start or download actions on this site link to Google Play for app ID com.tivo.screen.live.
8. Intellectual Property
TIVO, its interface structure, design language, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app.
9. Changes
We may update this User Agreement from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
